You know, it is funny. In over fifteen years of training militiafolk in live-fire exercises, I never had this happen. Neither did Bob Wright who trained far more folks than I did. So, does this mean that cops are less careful than constitutional militia trainers? -- Mike Vanderboegh
Whenever it's a "peace officer" whose gun "accidentally discharges" it's never referred to as a negligent discharge. While negligent discharges are usually accidental, it's negligence - violations of one or more of the four basic rules of gun safety - which is the cause.
