Here's my question - an article posted here recently demonstrated that NYC is deliberately downgrading crime. Another report demonstrated that Chicago is deliberately reporting its numbers in a manner inconsistent with the FBI's methods.
These are two that we know of - there are likely many, many more.
Sort of begs the question as to how valid claims of a decreasing crime rate might be, does it not?
