An Anderson police officer has been arrested, charged with raping a woman on the way to jail. [More]Huh. It certainly reveals an attitude that he can do whatever he pleases with someone he has power over. How you treat those really does define character, don't you think?
Kind of makes you wonder why he felt so confident that he could get away with it, doesn't it?
