    Paradoxically, shrubbery and trees can interfere with helicopter/airplane, video and direct surveillance.

    I saw the photos of Virginia Tech. Cops LOVE big oaks. Except for the part about no branches low enough for climbing, I guess.

    Reminds me. I heard on the news tonight that Va. Tech president Steger and some other Tech officials have been ruled NOT to hold sufficiantly high state office to be protected under sovereign immunity, and the negligence and malfeasance lawsuit against them can proceed.
