    If the PTB won't listen, there's more than one last hope.
    Adventures in jury nullification.
    Montana prosecutors cherrypick the juror pool, but can't find enough jurors willing to indict on 1/16th of an ounce of marijuana, refer to it as "mutiny."
    Whatever.
    People are getting tired.
