As Scout leaders we teach Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts knife safety. At no time does it occur to any of us to kill a Scout who does not respond immediately to our repeated commands to put a knife away. There is a big difference between being unsafe and unresponsive and being threatening.
Matter of about 15 seconds from being spotted with a "weapon" until you're dead.

Just another murderous cop. It's getting to be routine (except to those murdered and those of us who care).
ReplyDeleteThe woman crossing the raod seemed awefully calm as if this was routine. Cop or not I can't say that would have been quite so nochalant about that.
