Anyway, I thought I'd point that out before it gets "corrected" so that maybe we can figure out together if it has any relevance.

Searched for "diario chihuahua" then on their site "buscar --- "search articles."
As to whether THAT is an FBI "plant" page... I got no tech, but lots of FreeFor does.
It's probably just that website's administrator's idea of a joke-- if someone tries to access a nonexistent page (For example, if a hacker is running a tool that checks for a list of commonly exploited pages on poorly secured websites e.g. /admin.php) then the website returns a redirect to the FBI page.
