Even as a child I knew not to stick my face in a dog's face, especially if I was looming over him. When I used to take our dog (who has gone on to her next life) to the groomer I would stay so I could pick her up and put her on the table or in the tub because being over a dog like that is a very dominant position and I was one of the few people Tootsie acknowledged as being above her in the pack. Stupid people shouldn't breathe, much less try to host news shows.
