Well, THAT Was Painful

The hearing is over. No idea what the majority thought it was doing.

Just got off the phone with Mike Vanderboegh, on the ground in DC. Among other observations:
It was an absolute display of impotence by the GOP leadership.

  1. The fix was in before it started. They will not dig too deep. It was painful indeed.

  2. Gad, had any of the members asked a question in court before? They'd give a 30-60 second speech, giving Holder plenty of time to think, and then essentially "what do you think about this"?

  3. Glad I missed it while in a training class in ATL.

I knew it! Why did Congress even bother? They wanted this as much as the BATFEces did. Now, they get to shut down the dealers who they entrapped, and scream for more gun control.

Looks like the only way the people will get justice is to take revenge--like that's gonna happen!

  5. How is this a surprise? But then I expect Mr. Vanderboegh still thinks our fine friends in "Law Enforcement" are mostly honorable...

  6. I work closely with him and he's never given me that impression.

  7. CONgress rides again, and we will re-elect damned near every one of them.
We deserve it good and hard, well, most of us...

  8. Longbow said it, the fix was in before it started, once uncovered, a show for the peasants. No one will ever be accountable, r's=d's=r's=d's, 2 wings of the same bird of prey. I had a bit of hope at first but should have known better than to even hope. Lying bastards all. Dr. Paul is the only one of them in both houses that should not be twisting in the wind for treason.

  10. Did anyone expect the one party system to turn on itself?

The US is a tinderbox right now with a failing economy and all sorts of problems bubbling under the surface. No way the politicos would risk there posh careers and the fat corporate money gravy train to stand up for anything.

  11. I've said from the beginning, way back last year when David and Mike broke this thing, that NO ONE of any importance will do a single day in jail, much less go to prison.

One side covers the other; it's just the way it is.

As far as F&F goes, say it with me now, and say it with feeling:

    Presidential Pardon.

Oh yes, get ready for this as well: Obama WILL be re-elected this coming Winter...get ready for it people....our Republic is done.

  12. Our 230+ year experiment in self government is failing fast. Selfish corrupt politicians, left wing bias news media(propaganda machine of government), unpayable national debt, and 47% freeloaders will bring us down in one or multiple ways. We can't last as a nation to the end of the decade due to all of the above.
