Probable Cause

  1. A stop-and-frisk only requires reasonable suspicion, not probable cause. The car would have been searched - excuse me, "inventoried" - before being impounded anyway. As for the rest, it's the two "accused terrorists" word against the word of all those "only ones".

    No scenario I can envision could get me to drive to Chi-town (have to drive since I have no intention of flying until the TSA shuts down completely). I can't even envision a scenario that would get me to Illinois. Or Ohio, for that matter. I have bills in my wallet therefor my wallet and hands are contaminated.
