I guess when some of our co-citizens find themselves in positions of power they become "parental" towards the rest of us. As you know, children don't have constitutional rights that limit mom and dad's power over us.
Obviously, that county commissioner didn't reach adulthood without hearing of the Second Amendment, so his feigned ignorance is disingenuous and willful.
