    Dale Monroe, was Lon Horiuchi's partner at Ruby Ridge and was also planning on 'taking the shot'.

    When are they going to get rid of this government paid assassin? He too is in the employ of Troy Industries.

    As far as I know, his partner is still working for HS precision.
