ReplyDeleteA man nearby was in coma - never heard if he came out or not - because a "delinquent" tossed a rock that struck him on the head at a nearby state park.
People have used rocks to kill others for eons. Why should Pokey get a pass because he's no successful? It's hard enough - or nearly impossible - for someone to have their rights restored from a non-violent felony, in which there is no actual injured party.
