To Forgive May Be Divine

But sticking it to Pokey-Poke is a lot more fun. [More]

Still, now that the prosecutor has also weighed in, chances are this will never be fully investigated to the point where a lifetime of flaunting prohibited person rules will be investigated.

  2. Oh, hell - it was "just" a rock that Pokey hit the girl in the head with.

A man nearby was in coma - never heard if he came out or not - because a "delinquent" tossed a rock that struck him on the head at a nearby state park.

People have used rocks to kill others for eons. Why should Pokey get a pass because he's no successful? It's hard enough - or nearly impossible - for someone to have their rights restored from a non-violent felony, in which there is no actual injured party.
