And they'll be indemnified against lawsuits if their attempts turn out bad, or if someone they sell a gun to offs himself and it's proven the FFL declined participating in the program?
I hope that maximum $2500 tax credit is enough to offset the time spent on training, certification paperwork, compliance paperwork (for the credit itself) and lost income from selling safes and lock devices at cost.
ReplyDeleteFunny though; suffocation is 50% more prevalent in suicide than poisoning, so I wonder why this doesn't include hardware stores selling rope, or other retailers handing out plastic bags?
