Those counseling preemptive surrender and appeasement will never be relevant to freedom. Defeatists in the trenches do the work of the enemy.

I'll go a step further: Government isn't just tasked to follow the law, it's tasked to enforce it. In a rational world, anyone attempting to impose infringements would be stopped and brought to trial.
