Somebody Needs to Slap This Guy's Campaign Manager

NRA, if you do anything to give him a green light on this, we will find out. So far, it looks like they're not going to looks like they're going to endorse delays...

Gun Owners Must Be Calm and Smart to Prevail in Coming Challenges

For the rest of us in relatively more free areas: Take a breath. Compared to what we say we’re ready to do, and what others who have gone before us have done, this is still mostly a test of nerves to see if we’ll allow our representatives to blink. [More]
Let the antis be the ones who lose it -- as they've been doing. They can pass any law and issue any ruling and the only thing that will get our guns out of our hands is if we surrender them.

Stewards of the Environment

This is malicious. This is the act of arrogant, abusive official bullies, confident -- based on years of getting away with it -- that they can intimidate and destroy with impunity.

And, of course, if you or I had done this without special permits and environmental impact statements, we'd be looking at years in the federal slammer.

I wonder if these gang members will ever come to wish they had treated citizens differently.

What kind of crack is that?

These thugs are scum.  They're just scum.

Because Trump's Rhetoric is Irresponsibly Spreading Hate and Violence

The question now becomes what would happen if someone decided turnabout was fair play, and is there a figure some would dare not do this to regardless?

Let's see if we can have some fun with this.

A Hollywood Conversation

I don't recognize the names of any of these people hoping to get some free bloodbath PR. [More]

I take that back--There's Weber, and I have heard of that one chick before: She was in some movie where she got knocked up and has since decided to tell everybody she's clever with languages or something...

I dunno.  This just doesn't have the same emotional impact as a "People are dead/Hey everybody look at me!" selfie...

Change We Can Believe In

Syrian Immigrant Who Said 9/11 ‘Changed The World For Good’ Is A Homeland Security Adviser [More]
Why is it in our interests to let such people into the country in the first place, let alone become citizens and government employees, again...?

For Shame

Rachel Maddow Shames Gun Maker Sig Sauer For Creating "Easy-To-Use" Rifle, Used For Mass Murder [More]
I thought Opposite Day "progressives" were all about condemning "shaming"...? I just answered my own question, didn't I?

No matter. You can only shame someone if they feel shame as a result. If instead they just think you're an @$$hole, that's a shaming fail.

Not that the indignant lickspittles at the wholly-owned DOJ subsidiary grok the humiliation they'd properly feel if they were complete human beings.

As California Goes...

California panels approve raft of gun control bills in wake of Orlando massacre [More]
Good thing the voting proclivities from within government-engineered demographics have nothing to do with that "single issue."

Right, NRA?

Controlled Demolition

[T]he engine of mindless drivel has gone into overdrive. [More]
That's because the intent is to incite an enraged mob everywhere, in Everytown.

Less is Moore

Is the exploding ammo anything like heat-seeking bullets that cook a deer when you shoot it? Has Michael done anything to go after Russia and China for the 7.62 X 39 round?

And "...WE used in Vietnam..."? Is that a royal "we"? What is he, the Queen? Alternatively, was he shirtless, like in "Rambo"?

Point of order: NRA never did report back on my filing to expel him, which is a violation of the Bylaws.

Your Action Needed NOW!

NRA has just learned that Senators Schumer, Feinstein and other anti-gun elected officials are going to offer several anti-gun bills and amendments this week in the U.S. Congress, possibly as soon as today! [More
Is our action really needed? If everyone you gave "A's" to deserves them, this should be DOA.

As long as I have your ear, how long has that "no guns in bars" ban been around, and what have you done to fight it? Is the effort anything like the one in Virginia?

And do you still think letting in foreigners hostile to the West  -- like the maniac's parents, who come from a population that is 99% in favor of Shariah law-- has no bearing on that "single issue"?

If You Don't Give Me What I Want...

...I'm going to hold my breath 'til I turn blue! [More]

Fine by me.  Matter of fact, the more time you waste on self-aggrandizing theater, the less time you and everyone you're holding up will have to be launching more effective destructive tactics.

But No One Wants to Take Your Guns, You Paranoids

Why It's Time to Repeal the Second Amendment [More]
That, of course, would have no bearing on the RIGHT to keep and bear arms  -- even the Supreme Court has had no choice (so far) but to acknowledge:
The very text of the Second Amendment implicitly recognizes the pre-existence of the right and declares only that it “shall not be infringed.” As we said in United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U. S. 542, 553 (1876) , “[t]his is not a right granted by the Constitution. Neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence. The Second amendment declares that it shall not be infringed …
Figures, this Opposite Day "progressive" fraud brags that he "teach[es] the Constitution for a living."  In other words, he misdirects his ignorant young victim to con them out of their birthrights and into his collectivist cult.

Things are getting incredibly dangerous. We may be finding out which of us are meatspace-serious sooner than we've been dreading will happen.

Those who poured gasoline on the flames they lit need to be remembered.

Peruta on Peruta

Personally I am beginning to understand the issues and emotions that were going through the minds of our forefathers, in the months leading up to, (and following), the events in Lexington, Massachusetts on the morning of April 19th 1775. [More]
Good. We all need to get to that place in our own minds.

We're the Only Ones Burdened Enough

For 35 years, I carried a gun, on and off duty, both as a Los Angeles police officer and as an FBI agent. Now I voluntarily carry one because of what I perceive as the continuing threat to my family from international and domestic terrorists. That's not appropriate for every kind of citizen, though—mine is both a burden and a responsibility, because of the new nature of terrorism in the United States. [More]
So we need gun owner control! Trained professional David Gomez said it, I believe it, that settles it! I have to say after reading this, if anybody breaks down my door in a wrong house raid and blows away White Privilege, I trust it'll be somebody just like him!

If you want to know just how much better the "Only Ones" are at doing important grownup protection stuff -- where you get to use guns and everything -- than us mere mundanes, why, there's a whole body of work you can consult to see for yourself. And of course, we can't forget the patron saint...

It Made Loud Noise. I Cried.

But mostly, I was just terrified. [More]
Does Julia have you Pajama Boys pegged, or what?

Great last name there, Gersh. Talk about an aptronym.

If he actually said what he's quoted as saying, this Frank Stelmach of Double Tap Shooting Range and Gun Shop is a gunkapo who just sold us out in our time of need. Let's hope gun owners remember when it comes time to consider who deserves their patronage loyalty.  Yeah, Frank, the New York Daily News really cares about you trying to look like you're "reasonable." What were you thinking of, even talking to them? They just used you, useful idiot.

I see he's realized that and is trying to walk it back and do damage control.  He either said what he said, and context hardly matters, or he didn't. He'd have more credibility if he posted his correspondence to and from the propagandist on the matter. There should be either a recording or contemporaneous notes to corroborate who is claiming what.

A Firestorm of Hate

But I wouldn't necessarily call it "hate," Bill, so much as "contempt."
