We're the Only Ones Having a Blast Enough

Police shot at a man 20 times in his own yard, thinking he had a gun. It was an iPhone ...  The officers are never heard identifying themselves as police before fatally shooting Clark. [More]
That'll teach him!

  1. Any bets he was calling 911 to say he was being chased?

  2. This is "gun control" as implemented by the desires of the MSM. Its so severe that the police can kill you for an iphone that they think looks like a gun. Somehow, that just doesn't sound like the right to keep and bear arms that the US Supreme Court mentioned in Heller and McDonald, but it sounds like what the MSM wants the RKBA to be - a capital crime punished by summary execution.
So, between SCOTUS and the MSM, who is running the country? You guessed it, the commies of the MSM.

  3. So the guy runs from the cops across back yards, jumping how many fences? Then stops in his yard to make a PHONE CALL? To whom? AND: How many priors did he have and how long had he been out of jail/prison? Come ON. This was an African male over 25 running from the cops in the 'hood. There is a 99% chance he is a muti-time convicted felon, and a 99% chance he was stealing. HE RAN then stood still with a large dark object in his hand. I wouldn't convict the cops, and I hate cops.--Ray

  5. Ray, running on your assumptions, which may, or may not be true, those assumptions were unknown by the cops at the time they executed him for having a cell phone in his hand.

  6. Do stupid stuff in the dark with cops after you; what should a guy in a hoodie expect?
