If there is only one suspect, and he's beyond prosecution, it's kind of like admitting you're breaking FOIA for no reason when you quote 'ongoing investigation' as your reason for not complying.

The nation is no better off with Trump Deep State appointees such as Sessions and Wray, then the myriad of scoundrels under the last four administrations.
