    This is the same Jay Prinz formerly of Ravalli County Montana who, along with Richard Mack, as County Sheriffs, challenged the Brady Law all the way to the USSC and won.

    The Federal Government cannot order ANY County Sheriff to perform "stupid pet tricks" on its behalf.
