Most of the reporter's criticism's are silly, but:
ReplyDeleteWhen you hit the lights and the alleged perp's vehicle immediately pulls over, is it normal procedure to ram it twice after it stops and start breaking windows?
That way, if the criminal complaint turns out to be unfounded, at least you got to take it out on his car first?
