Is this really a problem? Look at "Q". He's a cult, and you don't even have to deepfake him. Every cloud has a silver lining. This will just introduce the "deepfake defense" for citizens (and public figures) caught on video doing questionable things. This may be the best defense against universal surveillance we could have.
