10USC246 defines the militia of the United States as "all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and...under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens."

ReplyDeleteThe fact that people are quibbling about the number and extent of permissible infringements when the supreme law of the land clearly states "shall not be infringed" says a lot about the current dilapidated state of our Republic.
