I'm surprised that the state precedent doesn't take ...uh... precedence.
There's a lesson though -- the other side will not give up one inch without a fight to the finish.
I guess it helps when you have unlimited resources.

But as the school boards and the crowds watching NASCAR races have seen, some people are beginning to say "no mas"!
