ALL the Blame

South L.A. Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Charge for Transporting Fireworks, Including Devices That Caused Huge Explosion [More]

Actually, it was highly-trained LAPD "Only Ones" that "caused the explosion."

The same useful idiots who demand guns be banned then turn around and use stories like this to spook the ignorant into banning this stuff.

Speaking of the Flames of Vitriol...

“While we are entitled in this country to freedom of speech,” he said, “this billboard continues to fuel the flames of vitriol and hate that has clearly stemmed from the previous administration in the White House and by many of the local state and congressional legislators.” [More]

Smearing Trump agenda supporters and election questioners as haters fuels no flames?

In the Zone

2 people taken to hospital after school shooting in Virginia, police say [More]

At a "gun-free school"? Say, isn't that illegal?

Nice to know the "Only Ones" don't think the perp wants to hurt any "community members," but I'm still not grokking how they can tell people that.

I don't suppose Ted Nugent was anywhere around giving speeches...?

There's an App for That. Or Not.

The app, devised by imprisoned opposition leader Alexei Navalny, was intended to boost candidates with the best chance of succeeding against incumbents. Apple and Google's removal came just hours before election voting was due to begin. [More]

Care to play a word game to see how that could be modified for here?

"Formal reason for removing applications: recognition of FBK [insert group of choice] as an extremist organization"...

Leave it to tech billionaires to show us not all whores wear tube tops and leopardskin print hotpants.

Training Tomorrow's Communists Today!

PA teachers union is promoting a patently racist training course which says "public education won’t be fair until school systems limit the power of white parents."  [More]

I don't suppose anyone would care to do a comparison on which constituent groups pay more, both overall and on average per capita, or is that a "from each according to his ability" kind'a thing?

What Conflict of Interest?

Officials say Judge Christopher Cooper's ties to leading Democrats and key figure in discredited Trump-Russia probe should disqualify him from case of Michael Sussmann, lawyer who fed anti-Trump dirt to FBI while hiding connection to Hillary Clinton campaign. [More]

So Lindsey'd say he's well qualified...?

I Spent the Time So You Don't Have To

See if you can make it through all 54 seconds of this campaign video from Arkansas lieutenant gubernatorial hopeful Kelly Krout [video] [More]

As talented as she is correct, I see...

And if you want to see more about the type of useful idiots who would vote for her...

Spirited Away

The mayor of San Francisco says that she shouldn’t be criticized for breaking her own COVID rules, because, and I quote, “I was feeling the spirit and I wasn’t thinking about a mask.” [More]

Disregarding some laws -- while enforcing other edicts with a vengeance -- is kind of a San Francisco tradition.

Round Numbers

The real question is, will the prices keep dropping? It's anyone's guess. [More]

Then again, if everything goes to hell, what it will cost will include more than money.

A Public/Private Partnership

The initiative includes a new task force that will include civic business and community leaders. They will meet every week to discuss how to improve downtown St. Louis... [More]

Why is my first thought that this is a great way to get and then pass on intel on where the increased presence will be deployed?

Real Reporting

Court documents say when the homeowner opened the door, one of two men sprayed mace at him. The homeowner fired his gun and locked the door. Deputies later arrested two men who were seen driving away from the home. [More]

It took me a minute to presume there must have been a getaway driver after reading one was found "dead on the porch."

The Servant Insurrection

In this video I give an update on the Suffolk County New York case and issue involving "other" firearms and the county treating their possession as illegal. The county sent out letters to over 500 people telling them to turn in the firearms or else they could be arrested and prosecuted. A case was filed which now is seeking review from the Second Circuit. [Watch]

Still Bloviating After All These Years

I think a big part of the problem there also was that they had essentially become a wing of the Republican Party, getting into social issues that had nothing to do with gun rights, abortion, immigration. [More]

He's had a chance to address the facts, and, because he can't, he ignored the challenge and left.

I guess he'd rather hang out with Dan.

Mostly False

"No other country on the planet witnesses the number of gun deaths that we do here in the United States, and it’s not even close." [More]

Not even close. And these are the people who want CDC to be the arbiter of what gets "fact check" challenged?

Don't assume they got the "developed nations" number right, either. Note that once again, Russia and Mexico have been deliberately excluded.

Don't Assume They're Natural Allies

The pandemic and the homicide surge will have a lasting effect on our gun control politics [More]

The question is, will it be enough?

And don't forget, funded, organized efforts are already underway to swindle the noobs.

Big gap between Pfizer, Moderna vaccines seen for preventing COVID hospitalizations [More]

Yet the government says it can order you to choose one?

And then there's a "Gotcha!" propaganda the DSM employs every time they see an opportunity to laugh and point fingers at us "rubes":

Right-Wing Activist Laura Loomer Has ‘Brutal’ Case of COVID After Claiming It’s No Worse Than Food Poisoning

Reporterette Lindsey Ellefson sounds almost happy about that, doesn't she? And comment poster "Operative42" sounds personally triumphant, garnering no shortage of "thumbs up" emojis:

No. I think I'll enjoy each and every bit of the schadenfreude... I'll happily and gleefully wish the worst for someone who has made it their personal crusade to willfully entrench ignorance and defy basic morality in order to serve their partisan talking points. I don't hope she recovers, I hope she suffers, and I hope she'll take the opportunity for at least one moment of 'mea culpa' absolution before facing the abyss that her perpetuation of ignorance is condemning others to.

We're not "deniers." I'll even stipulate that the "vaccines" may end up being the best of the bad choices for most people. But "we" don't actually know that yet, especially as the days and then years go by.

I admit I could get the virus and at my age, with some of my preexisting conditions, it will no doubt be miserable and may kill me. Yet some of those same conditions, including having twice experienced anaphylaxis, increase my risk from the shots. That said, especially after all the official admissions, contradictions, reversals, suppression, and outright lies, and with the great unknown about what to expect one, two, and more years down the road, I'll take my chances.

Additionally, I have very personal anecdotal experience. My wife had her stroke 11 days after her second Pfizer shot, which ICU nurses encouraged her to report, and she's now scared to death of a "booster." Plus, her nephew and his wife have each been vaxxed had it twice.

Anyway, I'm sure if I bet wrong some will be merciless in their ridicule. And if it turns out there are long-term serious jab effects, let's check back in with those who are so smug and sure about things now to see if they're still laughing.

As for "settled science," this is what one major provider around here is telling its staff (sorry it's blurry-- with the slideshow changing, there wasn't a lot of time):

And I'll leave you with this...

It Depends Upon What the Meaning of the Word 'Threatening' Is

School officials say several board members received threatening emails. [More]

We touched on this Hometown Hijinks story last week. To paraphrase Rhett Butler, it sounds to me like some "educators" and administrators deserve to be threatened, and often, and by someone who knows how.

But I have to ask: Did they say "I am going to..." or "I hope..."?

One is actionable, the other is none of the Only Ones' damn business. Hell, I get those all the time, and if they're interesting enough to me, tell you about 'em.

I ask because we know how aggrieved "progressives" intent on destroying those who push back like to hyperbolize and conflate. Isn't that what this whole "biggest terror threat" lie is all about?

What if You Gave an Insurrection and Nobody Came?

Adam from Florida holding a Stars and Stripes with a symbol for a far right militia, the Three Percenters, at #justice4J6 rally . Claimed not to know what it was Organiser, Matt Braynard, asked him to take it down: “It’s an outside group and it makes the optics look bad”.  [More]

The misrepresentation continues.

As usual, the DSM doesn't know what it's talking about, and Braynard just revealed himself to be wholly unqualified to lead anything.

Man, those "Only Ones" sure are looking all Imperial Stormtroopery these days...

UPDATE: Looks like they found the embedded provocateur...

Repeat It Enough Times

...one of the most visible figures of the right-wing anti-government movement. [More]

Just in case you missed it the first time, MSN uses the term "anti-government" nine more times in this innuendo piece.

That's Opposite Day "progressive" for making first responders aware of the significance of their oath and their lawful duty to refuse to obey unlawful orders. That this is an honorable and necessary goal that all Americans who value liberty should support is nowhere acknowledged.

They also never seem to want to refer readers over to the association Bylaws, which clearly state:

Section 8.02. Restrictions on Membership:

(a) No person who advocates, or has been or is a member, or associated with, any organization, formal or informal, that advocates the overthrow of the government of the United States or the violation of the Constitution thereof, shall be entitled to be a member or associate member.

(b) No person who advocates, or has been or is a member, or associated with, any organization, formal or informal, that advocates discrimination, violence, or hatred toward any person based upon their race, nationality, creed, or color, shall be entitled to be a member or associate member.

I didn't post this to discuss, defend or condemn Stewart. I posted it to refute a Big Lie that has nothing to do with his personal and legal issues except to exploit them to advance a much larger goal affecting you and me.

“The insurrectionists who attacked the US Capitol are the same ones pushing an extremist guns-everywhere agenda,” the tweet states. “For the safety and future of our country, lawmakers need to protect public safety and democracy from extremism and violence.” [More]

Guess who.

We're the Only Ones Trafficking Enough

Naylor-Legg entered into an agreement with her co-defendant, Larry Allen Clay, Jr., to provide him with her 17-year-old minor female relative and Clay would pay Naylor-Legg to engage in sexual intercourse with the minor. At the time, Clay was an employee of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department and the Chief of Police for the Gauley Bridge Police Department.  [More]

There's just something about a low tooth-to-head ratio. Any bets on meth or fentanyl being a factor here?

She seems a little old for Happy Meals. As an aside, they strategically repeat the word "minor" seven times in the release while the age of consent in WVA is 16.
