When you can ban any part of the Bill of Rights, books* and freedom of expression can't be far behind.

ReplyDeleteWhat does "jurisdiction" mean in this case, and why is a Georgia store owner under jurisdiction of a Brooklyn court? What would happen if the Georgia owner ignored New York City, or told them to take a flying @#&%! at a rolling doughnut?
