At least they didn't have her charged with trespassing, "stalking" and "menacing," like NYPD wants to do to a man who videotapes and posts on the Internet video of city government vehicles , including police, parked illegally. That would be EMPTY vehicles. Can one "stalk" and "menace" an automobile? Are cars deputized the way police dogs and horses are? Do they have rights THAT SUPERSEDE THOSE OF CITIZENS?
