Instead of saying "an unidentified 3rd suspect" they should have just said, "now deceased police informant." The article I read said the police shot at the suspect's vehicle as they were driving out of the parking lot. Smart move, opening fire in public.Why even arrange a drug deal at wal-mart?
I suppose its a damn good thing they didn't "make a move to their waistbands", isn't it.Aw hell, he should have shot them anyway. Then he could have taken a paid vacation.
