Newly released dispatch tapes show a Spokane policeman involved in an off-duty shooting waited 16 minutes before stepping out of the darkness and surrendering himself to his fellow officers. [More]Hey, gotta make sure the evidence is right, and who was the "Only One" on scene best qualified to do that?
Oh, look: It worked.
Just ignore those testimony discrepancies.

So um just a quick question. Wouldn't the call between 911 dispatch and Shonto Pete have been recorded? So then, ah, lemme ask you this? Where on the tape is it possible to hear him say he stole the truck?
ReplyDeleteLemme take a guess. Technical malfunction? I notice that dash cams and 911 dispatch tapes seem to have lots of failures when the evidence would help a non OnlyOne.
that is the reason one never gives up his sidearm for "officer safety". Fuck him and the horse he rode in on..
ReplyDeleteIt is time we started to worry about sane people who wouldn't hurt anybody without cause. We cannot count our LEO's in that group. Too many of them have delusions of grandeur, and too many of them have agreed to cover for the others' delusions if they will cover for theirs when it is their turn.
Get ready to see a lot of crazy stuff as the local government stat using cops to bring in revenue. One way to stop that kind of crap is to fight each and every ticket and whatever all the way.
