‘Prefiled’ VA Anti-Paramilitary Edict Reaffirms Tyrants Fear Armed Citizens

That’s why they are so fixated on eviscerating the Second Amendment, because they know that just as arms in moral hands can deter, repel and overcome individual attackers, so too does that work on a societal scale. [More]

"Sic Semper Tyrannis" was selected as a motto for a reason.

Ya think? And that this is "a hobby"?

We see how well that attitude has served us.

It looks like not much about most "gun show goers" has changed over the years. Which lets sheepherders like "Lawrence Williams, organizer of the protest," actually have an effect on things.

What if It's a Case of Identifying as a Rapist?

A female prisoner who was allegedly sexually assaulted in jail by a male-bodied transgender inmate has launched a High Court action for a judicial review of government policy. She says the transgender woman, who is serving a sentence for rape of a female, groped her breasts in the prison toilets. [More]

She sounds like a hater. Some of us have struggled with lesbian urges all our adult lives, and to be not just shamed, but reported, seems more than a little intolerant.

Giving the Business

A new law, enacted by the Oklahoma Legislature this year with Paycom’s guidance, allows businesses to petition the court for a victim’s protective order much like one that a woman might obtain against a former boyfriend. A judge can order a potentially dangerous person to stay away from a business or its employees, which companies couldn’t do before. [More]

I'm assuming it also means he can order their guns taken, but finding the actual statute has proven to be a bit of an unexpected scavenger hunt. The Oklahoma Legislature website is fairly difficult to navigate and makes you download files, ILA came up empty and the 2A people I contacted in OK don't seem to know anything about it. I then FB messaged the reporter:

I'm trying to find that new law and it's surprisingly difficult, possibly because I'm not familiar with Oklahoma law. I'm assuming it's part of Title 22-- Do you have a statute number? Do you know what the enacted bill was and who it's sponsors were?

If he replies, I'll update this. In the meantime, anybody with actual knowledge, please weigh in.

[Via Bluesgal]

UPDATE: https://www.legiscan.com/OK/text/SB715/id/2026277 It doesn't specifically mention guns but I believe that probably goes without saying with protective orders. It was sponsored by Republicans: Sen. Lonnie Paxton and Rep. Chris Kannady. Thanks, Mack!

The Question of Our Time

Is it OK to be white?

Because saying that it is causes convulsions, mostly among white virtue-oozers, and can get you booted off social media for violating "community standards."

Heck, you can't even make the hand sign anymore. Not without expecting an insane tantrum.

Is it a matter of picking a different adjective, like "acceptable"? "Tolerable"?

I'd like to ask every politician running for office, from all parties, if it's OK to be white and insist on an unequivocal  "yes" or "no" answer without any qualifying weasel-words. I doubt any would.

Alternatively, is it NOT OK to be white?

I ask because I find, through no fault, action or decision of my own, standing in our changing society for "ourselves and our Posterity" depends upon the answer.

As the Culture Terraforms

Not enough babies are being born to replace the US population as birth rate plunges to 30-year low [More
This presupposes that population increases are desirable and sustainable. It's kind of like asking "warmists" what the right temperature should be. Left unsaid are factors like manipulated global trade affecting needed jobs, the rise of AI and the fact that increasing swaths are not only non-productive but actually a drain -- by design.

So how will "we" keep the "Social Security" Ponzi scheme from collapsing, at least until the string-pulling swindlers are either gone or have their getaways secured?

No problem, just open the gates and bring in the foreigners! Hey, at least out of all that they managed to bring in one Aussie, even if he is acting like he just downed a couple Fosters. It's all the cheering Somalis at 00:48 who fill me with confidence that the Founders' intent is in good hands!

Or is it the smiling and approving newscucks who do that...?

My initial reaction on seeing this was this must be another comedic clip by Bad Lip Reading, but I see people with the resources to check (but naturally, no one in the DSM) all seem to think it's not only real but a strong indication of twisted character.
