WarOnGuns has obtained a copy of the model teaching plan.
Why am I reminded of this prophetic scene, demonstrating the type of critical thinking we can expect the new "education" system to produce?

Reminder: if you live in #VA07 you need to know that Rep. Spanberger just found 14,000 votes for herself on a flash drive when she was behind in her race. Totally normal. Nothing to see here. Who doesn’t have ballots on a missing flash drive, right? [More]
I'm unfamiliar with VA voting law and procedures-- without physical, auditable ballots with unique numbers that could be matched against the website tallies, how would fraud work?
Ownership is a legal and moral term. I submit that a comprehensive study will reveal that the majority of guns used in such homicides are possessed, but not owned.
When even "our side" doesn't get that, it lets "their side" group all of us in with the aberrations.

California’s new and expanded handgun ban is unconstitutional because it prevents law-abiding people from purchasing the common, modern firearms they have a right to under our Constitution.” [More]
If popularity is the issue, federal bans on new technology will forever deny it to us. And precedents have been upheld that the availability of alternatives for "self-defense" can be used to deny what is currently available.
"Common use" was intended to cover "ordinary military equipment [that] could contribute to the common defense.”

They won't be the only ones. Look for a full-scale state and federal assault come January if the presidential election goes the establishment's way. And look for a "gun-free zone" mass shooting with a "weapon of war" to weaken a critical mass of "Republican resolve."
