Time to Rein in the BATFE?

Actually, I'd say it's past time to boot them.

Unless someone can tell me what a "reined in" BATFU would be legitimately (Constitutionally) authorized to do...

I just realized I should start growing tobacco as (a) I'm a home brewer and already make my own alcohol and (b) I've ordered reloading equipment to make my own ammunition.

I've the A and the F covered nicely.

I thought this was pretty tame for the GOA. I wonder if this is a "baby steps" approach or if they are becoming as soft as the NRA.

In the form letter they provide to Pres. Bush, I edited mine to call for their disbandment, since the 2nd Amendment makes their very existence unconstitutional.
