Here's the government's response to my FOIA. If it turns out they are withholding information, as witness statements indicate, Hunter won't be the only lawbreaker.
Because of today's admitted shortcomings, I'm going to share some of the links that have been sent to me in one post, as opposed to individual posts with commentary:

A so-called “gun buyback” event in Pensacola, Florida did not go according to plan over the weekend, as a local gun club showed up to counteroffer the city by paying actual market value for citizens’ firearms.
