NRA Director Proposed as Intervenor After New York Court Setback for NRA Members

We're the Only Ones False Arresting Enough

The wife of Texas GOP gubernatorial candidate Allen West had no traces of drugs or alcohol in her system, despite being arrested and jailed overnight by Dallas police almost two weeks ago on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, the city’s district attorney said Wednesday citing toxicology results. [More]

The breathalyzer should have ended it then and there. It didn't and Dallas "Only Ones" are still making CYA excuses despite admitting the test was administered improperly. Meanwhile, the media is emphasizing erratic driving as justifiable cause, but that's not why she was arrested and jailed.

So... anybody know if Eddie Garcia is a Democrat...?

Up the Organization

The issue presents a Catch-22. If conservatives organize there is the chance that some groups will be infiltrated or set up and used to make the entire movement look bad. If we don’t organize, then we have lost the fight. It will be over before it even truly begins (and no, the real fight has not started yet). So what is the solution? [More]

Here's a concept I put together years ago that never went anywhere. I resurrect it now because the danger is real and no one really does have a solution.

It tries to work around the fact that LE infiltrators rely on deception and courts have ruled cops can pretty much lie with impunity. The idea was that by creating a contract, it could create some second thoughts and legal hurdles, and also document that you have exercised your right not to speak to law enforcement and it has been ignored.

Not being a lawyer, I have no idea if any of it could actually work and be upheld. On the off chance that any part of it can, then that's an improvement, no? If not, sorry, I can't give you your five minutes back.

Settled Science

FDA: Heart Attacks 71 times more often for Vaccine takers – We are killing 2 people for each one the vaccine saves? The stats… at FDA – YouTube will not delete! lol [More]

Just to verify the claims I checked out FDA's video on YouTube.

I don't get it -- either they are talking out of context about a subset that is statistically not as bad on the whole as this makes out, or else we're witnessing a widespread premeditated mass murder conspiracy unfold. Can someone explain it so I don't need to worry about hyperventilating over hyperbole? Or should more of us be doing just that?

A Return to Democrat Tradition

Republican Mack Miller, Army Veteran and candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Nevada, was assaulted by security while violently dragged from a public Commissioners Meeting in Clark County. All for having the audacity to support freedom of speech. They threw him through a metal detector over it and the whole disturbing episode was caught on video. [More]

No surprise, just look at who the commissioners are: Democrats all, with the backing of powerful "community hero" and other unions -- so why wouldn't they sick their badged goons on a black man challenging a corrupt and discriminatory power structure, just like Bull Connor?

Clark County, you'll recall, was the densely populated spoiler that outvoted the rest of Nevada by 1% in favor of being Bloomberg's disarmament lackeys. As for what stays in Vegas, it won't be my money.

There I Was Minding My Own Business...

 ...and I get this email:

When I tried to log in I got a pop-up asking if a log-in attempt from the Philippines had been me. Seeing as how I was nowhere near Santiago at 5:10 a.m., I clicked on "No."

I also got this notice from the Unfriend Finder app:

Since that had access to my account, I perceive it to be the weak link and removed it.

Offhand, I'd say somebody doesn't like me.

I need to rethink the whole FB thing-- I need social media to share my article links and all the complaints aside, it's the best one I'm on for that, and I've tried most.

With One Important Difference

And just as President Biden addressed his son’s death from cancer by championing the Beau Biden Cancer Moonshot, we have worked to spare other families our tremendous pain through action, and believe a similar governmental full-court press, with unrelenting momentum, is needed to stop the escalating toll of lives guns cause. [More]

If by "just as" you mean your ideas are "archaic" and "outmoded," then, yeah. And you'll note people are still dying. And it's not hard to find "dissidents" with evidence that important truths are being deliberately ignored by those with special interests. And funny, the same guy is now "leading" the COVID clusterf***...

But I don't recall the Cancer Moonshot dispatching armed teams to anyone's house to confiscate their guns or kill anyone resisting. And if you want to see an "escalating toll of lives"...

It's human nature to feel for parents who have lost a child. That does not give them the right to make coercive demands on everyone else that leave no choice but to obey or suffer life-destroying consequences. If someone is attacking me and mine, their motives are secondary and any sympathy must take a back seat to stopping the aggressor.
