Gun Show Promoter Challenges Texas City’s Last-Minute Reneging on Venue Agreement

Here's what I don't get:
Minneapolis is a stronghold for the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL), an affiliate of the Democratic Party. The Minneapolis City Council holds the most power and represents the city's thirteen districts called wards. The council has twelve DFL members and one from the Green Party. Jacob Frey, also of the DFL, is the current mayor of Minneapolis.
In other words, the leaders of this repressive regime controlling these enforcers want the police to be the "Only Ones" with guns. Yet here we have the black community outraged over the way they're treated (and it's more than perception when The Only One Taking a Knee Enough "had nearly 20 complaints and two letters of reprimand filed against him"), yet they continue to vote into power totalitarian wannabes who deploy attack dogs like that.
