An Exception to the Rule

I see plenty of the big "conservative" media outlets I sent yesterday's story to now drawing all the eyeballs. One reporter stands out from the others, and here's what I told her:
Now go read her column.

ATF, DOJ, media confirm Jones stepping down as director

Confirming claims made by the regulatory and legal compliance firm FFLGuard, and reported Thursday exclusively in this column, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives announced the resignation of B. Todd Jones as director Friday. His resignation will become effective March 31. [More]
This afternoon's Gun Rights Examiner report corroborates a big story the column broke yesterday.

Enter the "Real Reporters"

Oh, look who just corroborated my exclusive from yesterday:
No, of course there's no mention of how they knew to ask... (and point of order...)

By the way, I sent yesterday's link to all the "conservatives," Drudge, WND, Townhall, Blaze, Daily Caller... let's see who they end up linking to.

Serb order to secure corrupt monopoly of violence creates garbage hazard

Anticipating people might not want to turn themselves into a police force that fully half the citizenry sees as corrupt and violent -- and with good reason – the government is now worried that, rather than identify themselves and surrender to officials they fear, and not wanting to be caught and imprisoned for violating disarmament edicts, some may opt to just throw ordnance away. To that end, those in charge have put out an appeal asking that hand grenades not be disposed of in the trash, a potentiality that if it does happen, will be purely of the government’s making. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner report notes it's past time for all who believe in individual rights and have good cause to distrust a monopoly of violence to take out the rotten, stinking trash.

A Demanding Mom

Andrea appealed, arguing in part that one of the custody factors, “the mental and physical health of all individuals involved, favors her because while there was no expert testimony of Kurt’s mental health, [his gun collection, among other things,] indicates that he has mental health issues and is a risk to M.A.R.R. Say, the antis are right! Your gun can be taken away by criminals and used as a weapon against you!

I note the order didn't last.  What if the father didn't have the resources to fight it, and how much life savings has been spent that could otherwise be used for getting ahead in life?

And who was the asshole trial court judge? Aren't they elected?

Meanwhile, at a Third World Enclave Near You

Police in the quiet coastal town of New Bern, North Carolina have a grisly multiple slaying to investigate, allegedly committed by a neighbor who "speaks very little English, if any," and doesn't share the language of his victims, even though they're all refugees from Myanmar. [More]
Hey, you don't need to speak English to vote. What a country!

At least he didn't use a gun -- but for the times one is used by imported citizens-to-be (that we can't seem to bring in fast enough for the cultural terraforming the elites are using to hasten in the New World Order and exterminate the old one), here's a novel lawsuit for you Brady/Bloomberg types: The gun didn't come with warnings in Mandarin and Tagalog and Urdu and Swahili!

We are so screwed.

Who thinks electing Jeb Bush will cure things?

This Day in History: March 20

[T]he acknowledgement of our Independence gives me great Pleasure, for tho’ the Peace is not finally concluded, yet we may safely look on that Part of it, as certain and not to be retracted. [More]
