Though claiming he is "doing all the hard work" to fight Silicon Valley, his legislation fails to solve the problem. Under his bill, political censorship would still be allowed if the "policies" are disclosed. This is no different than Twitter telling Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene that she "violated the terms of service." Not only that, but the bill would rely on the anti-gun Federal Trade Commission for enforcement. If that wasn't enough, it would also overrule the pro-free speech bills in states like Texas and Florida. [Watch]
