Speaking of 'Systemic'...

Tampa man shot 10 people, killed 1 at Father’s Day event in Sumter County ... Both the suspect and the victim have extensive criminal histories.  [More]

Might I ask what either one was doing out of custodial care?

Nah, forget it. The important thing is this was another "mass shooting" and it's your and my fault.

52 shot, 5 fatally, over the weekend in Chicago [More]

Forget it, Jake. It's Chi-Town.

Woking the Dead

Most chilling of all is the reason given by one of the key security guards on patrol that evening as to why he failed to question Abedi. He was worried, he said, that asking a brown-skinned man why he was hanging around the arena might be construed as racist. [More]

We wouldn't want to offend anyone. Besides, just give him what he wan... oh...

Then I take it you did this years ago and have already made your calls?

Then again, so did NRA-ILA, by being deliberately indifferent to what has made the turning of Virginia possible.

No White Graduation?

I gotta think if the biggest complaint someone has is the "d" in "disability" isn't capitalized, then things must be pretty idyllic... [More]

Of course, I should probably edit my title and make that "W" lowercase...

Code Zero-Zero-Zero-Destruct-Zero

“I hope their decision destigmatises disbanding. I think there’s quite a few groups who could do the same.” [More]

You can say that again!

I always enjoy a good self-destruct sequence.

Although I must say the code reminds me of an idiot's luggage combination...

We're the Only Ones Resigned Enough

I’m not willing to risk my family’s financial future on a poorly written piece of legislation that opens me and my fellow officers up to being sued even when they act lawfully and appropriately.  [More]

What happened to "If you're not doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about"?

The Old-Fashioned Way

We are going to win the struggle to restore our Republic the old-fashioned and proper way – by convincing our fellow citizens to elect patriots who embrace the Founders’ vision and the Constitution as it is written, not as it is imagined. [More]

Yes, for sure, low-hanging fruit saying and doing stupid things is bad. But the voting option may not work for that much longer, because the most serious threat to that is only getting worse, and before too long, "the hard work of winning elections" will no longer yield those results. Not that the "Molon Labe" types who anonymously frequent the chatrooms have shown much of a commitment to that.

Officially Certified 'Safe'

... the Virginia Parole Board granted release to 95 inmates ... Among those 95 were at least 35 people convicted in killings, some of them high-profile, brutal cases. [More]

So we can trust them with guns now?

And if you want to be able to defend yourself against known murderous threats a state government bent on disarming you deliberately releases into the population, you're a domestic terrorist...

Thing is, there are plenty of white women who militantly agree with her...

Beyond Question

The FOIA request features questions such as: What stakeholders were invited? How many times did the stakeholders meet with the Department of Justice? Did the DOJ or stakeholders keep meeting minutes or notes during their stakeholder meetings? [More]

It would help if they read the rules first:

A FOIA request can be made for any agency record. You can also specify the format in which you wish to receive the records. You should be aware that the FOIA does not require agencies to do research for you, to analyze data, to answer written questions, or to create records in response to a request.

Speaking of Hate Crimes...

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Mayor Dean Trantalis (D) said that an incident on Saturday in which a pickup truck ran into a crowd at a Pride parade, leaving one person dead, was a "terrorist attack against the LGBT community." [More]

Of course, it wasn't, but this does show how desperately Democrats want to add to the narrative, and truth and consequences be damned. The very first thing that caught my eye on the video I saw was the guy being led away was wearing a "PRIDE" shirt.

That's quite the self-serving non-apology.

Figures...

The Cleanup Crew

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is announcing the first major list maintenance effort following the November 2020 election cycle. 101,789 obsolete and outdated voter files will be removed from Georgia’s voter registration rolls to ensure the state’s voter files are up to date. [More]

That's in addition to the continual monthly maintenance?

And I'm assuming the "inactive codes" in the linked Excel spreadsheet ("Returned Mail" and "NCOA": National Change of Address) mean they've verified and can demonstrate that none of the names voted recently and there's nothing to see here...?

About That 'Very Sound Policy'...

We have not found a single case where a concealed handgun permit holder was found guilty of committing a crime on a university where permitted concealed handguns were allowed. [More]

Whereas there are plenty of wreak-red-death cases where they're not allowed...

Hence the Larry Hincker Award...

An Age-Old Question

Three Minnesota gun enthusiasts are suing the state for the right of adults between the ages of 18 and 20 to carry firearms. [More]

Absolutely! Besides, it's not like "the law" stops the bad ones.

Note the main opponents say 16-year-olds should vote.

The DGU Database

All of the law-abiding citizens featured in this database successfully defended their liberties, lives, or livelihoods with the lawful use of a firearm. These cases are not based on hearsay, but on verifiable reports found through public sources. [More]

That means there are plenty of instances where they're not reported.

I'd also be careful with the term "law-abiding." Being in L.A. at the time, where I literally couldn't get a permit to save my life, is the main reason I never reported mine.

It Depends Upon What the Meaning of the Term 'Day of Reckoning' Is

The Supreme Court’s Day of Reckoning is Coming [More]

And what do you reckon it will really take to get everybody back in their Constitutional chains?

I sense an Inigo moment here.

We're the Only Ones Unreal Enough

The Illusion of Widespread Police Brutality [More]

We know it's blown out of proportion and lies are being told to help advance a subversive takeover.

But that doesn't mean the "Only Ones" don't give them -- and us -- all the examples needed.

Those waving the "law enforcement" flag would do well to put similar energy into rights enforcement.

The Dotard-in-Chief

Today, Congressman Ronny Jackson (TX-13) sent a letter to President Joe Biden, Physician to the President Kevin O’Connor, D.O. and Chief Medical Advisor Anthony Fauci, M.D. calling on President Biden to immediately undergo a cognitive test and share the results with the American people. His letter comes after a clear decline of Biden’s cognitive ability, including embarrassing performances on the world stage. [More]
Yeah, that could be exploitable. Still. I'm not sure I approve for a number of reasons, including bumping Kamala up and who knows what member of the MGC (Marxist Gynecocracy of Color) she'd pick for Number Two. Plus, if The Big Guy is "seniled out," that could create a pass on prosecution.

Then again, I suspect the signatories know perfectly well this will go nowhere (until the Dems decide it's time) but it will let them build up "conservative" creds. I don't find that sincere when they do that with gun bills and am getting that same vibe here.

Acts of Desperation

 P. 167, “The NRA hereby demands a trial by jury on all issues so triable.” Really? The lawsuit is in New York County, a tiny jurisdiction that amounts to Manhattan. You want to submit the NRA’s fate to a jury chosen from one of the most antigun populations to be found in the United States? You’ve probably lost before the trial begins. At least a judge has to explain their reasons, a jury does not. [More]

Especially when you consider arguing Wayne's transcript is unreliable because of social distancing and a mask, squandering money on booking companies for private jets, paying off Board members, an armored vehicle for Wayne, stately Wayne manor, firing the guy trying to get control over credit card expenses, playing dumb on conflict of interest contracts, etc., etc.

Has anybody heard any more about the intern?

Capture the Flag

We need something to replace that "tattered, dated, divisive, and incorrect" banner of hate.

Something to take our hats off for and stand to as we lift every voice and sing -- or else.
