Right to keep and bear arms advocates will have to wait a bit longer to learn if the Supreme Court will hear a challenge to an Illinois city’s ban on certain semiautomatic firearms and standard capacity magazines. [More]They didn't say "No." Yet. That means something's going on.

No Decision Yet as Supreme Court Relists Gun Ban Case
Looking Out for the Little Guy
I guess when you're so big it doesn't matter, the thought that you might use your longer reach to give a boost to someone who deserves one doesn't even factor into the equation. [More]
I've always been a believer in attribution for the people who originate a story, not the ones who reword it.

Ignorance is Bliss
A stapler that two girls misidentified as a gun resulted in a lockdown Wednesday at Southbridge Middle-High School ... In addition, the two girls had misidentified the student in question... [More]About the only thing they were sure of is they're easy to spook, which is just the way those who benefit from freedom illiteracy want things to be.
Hey, if there weren't scary guns in the first place...

Gun Porn
"Faster, faster!" she moaned in excitement, watching, lusting greedily for more hot explosions as his finger pumped furiously...
Well, heck, if the antis are gonna get all hot and bothered, might as well have some fun with it.
My conversation with Mark Walters from yesterday's Armed American Radio "gun porn" discussion is now posted in archives, and we did have fun. Listen here if you like.
I expect to be revisiting this topic in the near future.

Another Chair for the Bar Fight
Montgomery is also the director of a pro-Hillary Clinton PAC called “Bill for First Lady 2016.” [More]So, anybody think to publicly pressure her to condemn it? I know it won't change anything, but any time you can cause dissension in the ranks, why not?
Back in a minute...
UPDATE: There we go:
A "Pro-Gun Democrat"
Just so we're clear: He supports "gun control" AND Hillary. Hey, what's a little quid pro quo among friends?
What more qualifications do you need to earn that coveted "A" rating?

And Thank You for Your Service...
All you subcitizens in the military who are not yet 21... [More]
That's a serious question for all who fit into that demographic and all who love them -- how can any of you support any politician who promotes the Everytown disarmament agenda, knowing they think you're fit to risk all, to be maimed for life or to die in the service of the government, but not fit to claim the rights that government is obligated to protect?
Explain this "reasoning": Yeah, I can go fight in the military, but I shouldn't be trusted with a gun in civilian life. And none of my buddies should be, either. So I'll support laws to make us all criminals subject to being imprisoned or worse should we be caught in violation of them.
Go ahead, explain it.

Blinding Us with (Agenda) "Science"
Stand-Your-Ground Racial Bias Study used “media definition,” not “legal definition” [More]Wahhh! Mean old "gun lobby" won't let CDC waste tax plunder on "research" scams like this to defraud people of their rights! Waaahhhhh!
We Demand
Recognition of our right to be presented with a path to citizenship/residency as the first priority of future immigration policy combined with interim deferment of all law-abiding Undocumented Americans against detention and deportation. [More]Ah, so now we're "Undocumented Americans."
Thank goodness this doesn't have a thing to do with that "single issue," so we can still pass out "A" grades.
It All Boils Down to Pump Prices
“This could open up years of litigation and settlements in the same way that tobacco litigation did, also spearheaded by attorneys general"... [More]And guess who the wealth is ultimately going to be transferred from?
Gosh, guys, once they're paid, whores don't love you anymore. Who knew?
