All About the Benjamins

The new rule will ensure that public institutions of higher education uphold fundamental rights guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and that private institutions of higher education adhere to their own policies regarding freedom of speech, including academic freedom. [More]

In other words...

Are those stuck pigs I hear squealing?

Kind'a like they did when the DeVos reminded them that accusations don't necessarily translate into guilty verdicts...

OK, Boomer

Sacrificial Lamb nobly attempts to explain to the Boomers why they are, and will probably remain, the most despised generation in recorded human history, before they pass from the stage... [More]

What a bunch of bigoted collectivist (yes, collectivist) crap -- there's no nobility whatsoever about disparaging individuals and disregarding who they are solely because they fall within a larger group.

Most self-righteous hindsight geniuses spouting such garbage would have been fine with slavery had they been born in the antebellum South, would not have understood the federalism issues from Lincoln's invasion, would not have had a cogent argument against the Sixteenth and Seventeenth Amendments, and would have been oblivious to the implications of the National Firearms Act. A majority would have voted for Roosevelt. I could go on through the years.

Every generation inherits the conditions that came before and addresses life based on the inputs and tools it has. That the majority of people from every generation emerge clueless is a universal truth that goes right along with the human condition. Every generation has been f***ed up with most unworthy of the sacrifices that came before, including the bellyachers out there pointing fingers at "Boomers" now.

Look at the beam in your own goddam eyes, hypocrites.

Let's see what the following generations say about you. And based on results, most will reflect the "wisdom" they imprint off of.

UPDATE: Herschel weighs in. And a stupid little boy in comments shows himself to be an ankle-biting troll who more than fits the profile.

GIGO

We need to give robots rights.  [More]

That right there...

Let me guess how they'll be programmed to vote.

What's in a Title?

Just what exactly is President Obama’s former White House Ethics Czar (yes, Norm Eisen was Obama’s ethics Czar), his longtime friend since Harvard Law School, who recently partook in war games to simulate overturning a Trump electoral victory, doing writing a detailed playbook on how to use a Color Revolution to overthrow governments? [More]

Again with "czar." How come no one ever calls them "führers"?

Blue Virginia Redux

Proposed by Mayor Levar Stoney, the ordinance is intended to lower the risk of violent confrontation between protesters and police, or protesters and counterprotesters, as demonstrations against police violence and racial inequality continue across the country. [More]

Funny -- the problem has never been with us.

So if being defenseless makes us all safer, we can expect the police to disarm?

No?

A monopoly of violence is the American way?

How could this happen? (Not that any "gun groups" will even mention it.)

So much for "the security of a free State."

Charlottesville politicians don't trust those who voted for them, either.

And Jorge & pals helped.

Good for Me but Not for Thee

Whitmer has long questioned the effectiveness of physical barriers, but is asking Michigan taxpayers to foot the bill for a seven-figure project to keep out uninvited guests.  [More]

Funny how no one from the left is accusing her of "following in the footsteps of authoritarian leaders throughout history"...

Covering Their Tracks

Here's why:
The Hill on Wednesday trashed President Trump and his supporters for not wearing masks at his massive campaign rally on Tuesday ... But look closely at the photo they used from the rally in their article.
I guess just deleting something they find embarrassing rather than letting it stand and issuing a correction/retraction/apology is the preferred approach -- for unethical cowards.

But hey, it's not like the DSM isn't following a time-honored tradition.

What is This 'Problem' of Which You Speak?

Common reasons for ballots being rejected: voters failed to sign the envelop, the signature on the envelope doesn't match the one election offices have on file or ballots are received far after the deadline. [More]

So we're supposed to worry if those incapable of paying attention and following simple instructions "disenfranchise" themselves?

[Via Michael G]

So They ARE Capable of Responding Rationally

Locals banded together and outnumbered the protesters ... and the left-wing agitators peacefully retreated. [More]

So basically, when they don't have you overwhelmingly surrounded they're a bunch of pussies? And the ability to overcome threats is a deterrent?

Speaking of Lives That Matter...

Girl, 8, killed as 53 shot in Chicago over Labor Day weekend [More]

Told ya they weren't done.

Forget it, Jake. It's Chi-Town.

'In the Interest of Justice'

DOJ Dismisses Indictment of Machine Gun Prosecution While Cert Petition Was Pending ... The government explained in a declaration supporting the application that, "[a]fter consultation with the Solicitor General's Office, the United States Attorney's Office now has determined that dismissal of this criminal case in the interest of justice." [More]

I think that "j" should have been capitalized if they wanted to admit the truth -- which they don't. The "law" is indefensible, impossible to comply with due to the government's own machinations, and a fraud.

If you want to establish total disrespect for the law, this seems as good a way as any. What a bunch of weasels.

Good Money After Bad

St. Louis Board of Alderman President wants $2 million city reward fund to curb homicides [More]

Why, will that instill rationality and morality in a population that has been deliberately generationally degraded by "progressivism"?

We're the Only Ones Additional Enough

Additional St. Louis City sheriff deputies now patrolling Metrolink stations [More]

Kevin Scott is adamant on spending more tax money to cover the total incompetence of his idiot "security" plan.

Down for the Count

And we'll keep doing it until we get it right! [More]

All the preps for what they appear to be anticipating are actually encouraging. Let's just hope it's not a set-up to dissuade votes and cause even greater disillusionment / broken spirits in the aftermath.

We've all heard the "Trump is going to once more confound the polls and win by a landslide" meme. Anyone who takes that as a signal that they can stand down is kidding themselves.

Mystery to Me

You mean the ones who aren't attacking them...?

Because Hamburgers are Racist...?

Watch: BLM ‘Protesters’ Take Over a McDonald’s, Assault the Black Manager [More]

The "entitled" ignorant rage is insane and no society should be forced to tolerate dangerous morons inflicting themselves on others.

It's All in the Presentation

Far-right Norwegian politician nominates Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize [More]

Funny, this is filed under "News," not "Opinion."

America's Most Botched Network takes something good and turns it into a smear job, implying everyone involved must be some kind of racist extremist. And does anyone see a place for comments?

If we can't trust the DSM, who can we trust?

RIP Neil E. Wright

I just received word that WarOnGuns Correspondent NeilW passed away last month. You can learn more about him on his profile page and from his Facebook.

As a former police officer, he was resolute in his contempt for abuse and corruption in the ranks and called many "Only Ones" stories to my attention over the years.

I am grateful to Neil for his contributions and friendship, and offer sincere condolences to his family.

Personal Fouls

The Cowboys shouldn’t need a ‘green light’ from ownership to protest against racism, social injustices [More]

Why? Does The Dallas morning News let employees use company time, facilities, and trademarks to publicly stump for their private political interests? The hypocrisy and cognitive dissonance oozing from this undeservedly self-righteous moron reek.

Any gun owner that supports the NFL in any way is giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

New ‘Republicans & Independents for Biden’ Group Led by Same Old GOP Gun-Grabbers

“Joe Biden wants to be a president for all Americans,” Whitman lies. [More]

With "Republicans" like these, who needs Democrats? Any GOP  politician who works with or supports any of these ever again will have shown his true sympathies.
