A Willing Slave

[A] bloodlust for killing...pompous enough to call it self-defense...a phallic substitute... [More]
Good grief. There's a whole lotta stupid going on here, inside Madison J. Gray's confused and angry skull.

And nope, "dope dealers" don't scare me, child. Seriously. Really. If you think they do, you have no idea what the score is, and seeing as how you're my enemy, that's a good thing. I want you to be as ignorant as possible, and in truth, you exceed all hopes.

No "crawlspace" hiding, either. That's a survival tactic for the disarmed.

Here's my comment in full, in case it gets reported as "offensive," which, face it, is what I was trying to be.

"Look, those of you who read me regularly, know how much I HATE guns. The very concept of handling a device that is actually designed for the sole purpose of ending a human life, I find abhorrent."

So are you going to send someone else who doesn't have such qualms to die in the civil war your little gun control scheme will start?

I mean, really--what do you do if some of us say "No"?

We will not disarm.

Are you willing to engage in battle and die for your beliefs--or do you expect others will handle the messy part for you?

You're unworthy of the sacrifice men like the Deacons for Defense and Justice made on behalf of Freedom.

I don't expect you to learn from men like Roy Innis--you're one of those self-important fools who thinks he's qualified to teach but in fact is too dull to learn.

Continue being a tool for Massah Uncle Sam's Plantation, you disgusting coward, you willing slave.

I noticed it for the first time over the weekend. I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing it, and particularly on other blogspot blogs...

Sorry. Not my cup of tea.

Oh well, at least there's this:

Thank goodness. Imagine what could happen if they weren't.

Michigan Pushes Back

State Rep. Paul Opsommer (R-93) announced today a new bi-partisan package of resolutions that will assert Michigan's right to bear arms under its Constitution, the supremacy of the Second Amendment over the Commerce Clause, and the will of the Michigan legislature to not recognize or enforce unconstitutional firearm restrictions placed upon its citizens. [More]

Looks like the movement continues. I need to find out if someone is keeping track of all these, and what happens to them.

Controversial

A controversial gun bill passed by the legislature last year paved the way for licensed firearm owners to carry guns in public places such as state parks or historic sites. [More]
Leave it to "Authorized Journalists" to characterize having the means to protect yourself and your loved ones as "controversial."

What's controversial is that there are traitors and fools in this country who would oppose it. How people got this evil and ignorant, and what we can do to render them irrelevant to Liberty ought to be what we're focusing on.

How Free is Your State?

A new study out last week raised an intriguing question: How free is your state?

With state lawmakers in Ohio considering tougher seat-belt enforcement for civilians and shorter prison stays for criminals as two ways to balance the $54 billion, two-year state budget, the question seems both relevant and timely. [More]
The study is here. I don't know if co-author William P. Ruger is related to the gunmaker, but do note favorably that they factor in "gun control" as a measurement criteria.

I do differ with their weighting, though:
Gun control is worth just under a seventh of the full Paternalism concept.
Sorry, guys. It's worth more than that.

Think about it.

"and"?

That's not in the text they reproduced. Nor in the earlier alert.

It changes the whole meaning, and gives credibility to the argument that we're a co-partner in the problem.

It's "in Mexico along the southwest U.S. border."

Ain't no "and."

Let's not let carelessness make our enemies' job easier for them.
