Boy, if it's not who it looks like it is, someone is going to a lot of trouble to set up circumstantial evidence to frame him. That's why my call for an independent investigation is the only way to resolve this.

In Schenectady, New York, the local Committee of Correspondence asks local magistrates to prevent the firing of guns on New Year's Day in order to conserve gun powder.
Ahh...The Founding Fathers' version of gun control...
