Since the EPA has designated CO2 a pollutant, he'll probably come up with a restriction of breathing plan too. There's a name for people who can't keep out of other peoples' business.

The oncoming government supervision of healthcare will allow further inroads into what we thought was outside government purview.
Several European countries have used public healthcare as the rationale for requiring changes to the availible diet. The UK in particular has banned trans-fats, certain amounts of salt. The logical outcome of public healthcare is government interference in your daily life in the name of preventative medicine.
