Gotta love subjunctive mode.
The Framers understood subjunctive mode -- and they understood infringe as well.
I am against any measure that allows some their rights yet restrains others without due process of law. An elected official may have more responsibilities, yet he or she has no more rights than the common citizen.
The guy is a Democrat, in this state that means you're either black, leftist enough to be elected by blacks, or live in a district dominated by a university campus or a combination of these voting blocks.
