At least he's saying that if it's in the Constitution, the government can't legislate against it, though I get that it's recognized and not granted.

David, you messed up. I'm not as concerned with Bolduc as i am with Grant. Thus, "Taken for Granted" should have been about what Grant said:

"Anywhere where law enforcement has a presence, where there is already a law enforcement officer, such as a courtroom."

He's for The Only Ones! Such a neocon.
