A Special Allure

There's no wonder that his "handgun scores are very marginal". If he scatter shoots like he scatter talks there's a wonder that he ever hits the target at all.
Any police officer who buys into the "assault weapon" program and talks about "clips" has done nothing more than admit his ignorance. He must be studying to take the next lieutenant promotional exam.

If they have a "special allure", then how come their allure with murderers is less than the allure of blunt instruments? My BS meter pegged with his comment.
