And then on my own I found this:
( Registration N number partially visible behind open crew door. In second image.)Full Bell Tech Data on the Helicopter -

This FBI helicopter gets around.Take a look for yourself. In Boise, ID
Flying in formation over the Columbine High School in 2008.....
.....With a Black, Bell 412 - Registration N83700 based atthe same Manassas, VA airport.
And curiously, Aerographics just happens to be registered with Delaware...
So: Can we draw any conclusions from this?

I used to work on military helicopters of this type, they're extremely vulnerable to various interdiction techniques.
As always, the best place to conduct an interdiction is when they're parked on the ground. A few "operations" would render it unfit to fly without tens of thousands of dollars for repairs. Some more "intense" operations would render it junk.
The fuel tank is under the rear seat.
It's a TRAP!!
