It's cute - the Daily Kos folks are using a url shortener service to try to link to others' content without boosting it's search engine rankings.

donotlink.com is the site they're using, and to escape the frames (at least using Firefox), right-click somewhere below the thin donotlink banner at the top and select the options "This Frame", "Show Only This Frame". That won't do anything about search engine rankings, but it will allow escape from otherwise captive frames.
