Is this survey counting TSA agents' weapons left in bathroom stalls? Police officers' weapons left on the trunk of cruisers as they drove away? What about weapons used in crimes that 'disappear' during 'investigation'?
Finally, does it count the weapons shipped to Mexican drug cartels by the BATFU?
