That means an officer of the court was doing this, indifferent to the effects of inflaming racial tensions and the endangerment and harm he was causing to innocents?
Seems to me an ethics investigation is in order.
That and a mental evaluation.

Nothing will likely happen to the guy. Inciting a riot is OK if done for the right reasons. To wit: "If I has a son, he would look like Trayvon Martin."
I went to his site to call him a dumbass but there's no e-mail. lol!
