A Philadelphia woman who was arrested after she refused to answer questions during a traffic stop in New Jersey has sued state police, claiming troopers violated basic rules by arresting her for remaining silent. [More]See, refusing to self-incriminate is the same as impeding an investigation. They clearly "acted in good faith and without fraud or malice."
I mean, just look at those uniforms! So impressive, ja?
Now sign ze papers.
And somebody'd better tell this guy he's gonna get somebody killed.

The New Jersey Ministry of State Security.
The state of New Jersey does not allow your 2nd Amendment rights so why should you believe that any other rights such as the 5th Amendment rights are allowed?
NJ Route 519 has numerous Speed Zones, ( areas where speed limits are significantly lower ) so a speeding stop isn't unusual - particularly for an OOS vehicle. But there's another issue at work - drug trafficking. This area sees a lot "mules", and a female in an (likely) "upscale vehicle" fits the profile.
OTOH, NJSP has long been noted for its institutionalized arrogance tracing roots back to the days of its first commander, H. Norman Schwarzkopf circa 1920.
